The Pivra partner programme

How agencies apply, accept the Partner Agreement, refer clients and earn commission, and how statements, payment and tax work.

Updated 12 Oct 2026

The partner programme is for web studios, marketing agencies and IT providers who set up Pivra chatbots for their clients. It is available to approved partners: you apply, Pivra reviews your application, and the partner tools open once you are approved and have accepted the agreement.

Your clients own their workspaces and pay Pivra directly. You manage their chatbots with the access they give you, and you earn commission on what they pay.

Applying

  1. Sign in to the Pivra workspace you use for your agency, or create a free one.
  2. Go to Agency โ†’ Apply and give your business details: legal name, trading name, country, website, contact email and how many clients you expect to bring.
  3. If your business is in Australia, give your ABN and confirm that you are registered for GST. Both are required for Australian partners.
  4. Send the application. Only the workspace's owner or an admin can apply.

We review each application and email the owner with the decision.

The Partner Agreement

Once you are approved, the workspace owner accepts the Partner Agreement in the app, signing for the business. We keep a record of the version accepted, who accepted it and when. If we publish a new version, we give 30 days' notice, and you accept it in the app where the new version requires it. Commission is only paid while you have accepted the current version.

Your referral link

After you accept the agreement, Agency โ†’ Settings shows your referral link and code. Share the link with businesses that are new to Pivra.

  • First touch. The first partner link a browser opens is the one that counts.
  • 90 days. The referral counts if the business creates its Pivra workspace within 90 days of opening your link.
  • New customers only. A business that already uses Pivra is not a referral. To work with an existing customer, invite them to give you access (see Onboarding a client). Commission for them starts from the day they accept, never earlier.

Tiers

TierActive paying clientsCommission
SilverUp to 920%
Gold10 or more25%
Platinum25 or more30%

Your tier is worked out on the 1st of each month from the number of clients who paid in the previous month, after refunds. It applies to invoices paid from then on, and never changes commission already earned.

What you earn on

  • Commission is a share of what the client paid Pivra for Pivra Business chatbot subscriptions, excluding taxes, discounts and credits.
  • It is paid for 24 months per client, counted from the client's first paid invoice after they were attributed to you.
  • Pivra Desk subscriptions and one-off payments do not earn commission, and neither do your own workspaces.

The 30-day hold

Each commission entry is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from. After that it can be paid out. The hold gives time for refunds and for us to review unusual referrals.

What reverses commission

  • A refund reverses the commission on the amount refunded.
  • A chargeback (dispute) reverses it too. If the dispute is won, the commission comes back.
  • If a reversal comes after you were paid, it is taken off your next statement. A negative balance carries forward against future commission. It is never invoiced to you.
  • Self-referral is refused outright: your own workspaces, and workspaces your agency's people belong to, never earn commission.
  • Commission can be held for review where a client looks like a related business, and an attribution can be voided, with its commission reversed, where it came from fraud, cookie stuffing, misleading conduct or bidding on Pivra brand terms in paid search.

Statements

Early each month we issue a statement for the month before, for each currency you earned in. It shows the opening balance, commission earned, reversals, adjustments, payments and the closing balance. You can see your statements and ledger on Agency โ†’ Revenue, and download them.

Payout threshold and payment

  • A statement is paid once its balance reaches USD 50 or AUD 75, counted separately for each currency. Below that, the balance carries forward to the next month.
  • We pay by bank transfer, within 30 days of the statement, in the currency the commission was earned in. We do not convert between currencies.
  • Bank details are given to us outside the Pivra app, through the channel we tell you about. They are not stored in Pivra.

Tax

Australian partners. You must have an ABN and be registered for GST. Commission is exclusive of GST: we add GST and issue a recipient-created tax invoice (RCTI) with each statement we pay, so you do not issue us tax invoices for it. Where a statement is in US dollars, the GST is also shown in Australian dollars at the Reserve Bank of Australia rate on the statement date. A reversal of commission already paid appears with adjustment-note wording on a later statement. Tell us within 7 days if your GST registration or ABN changes.

Partners outside Australia. You receive commission statements, which are not tax invoices, and are paid by bank transfer. You handle your own taxes and any tax paperwork where you are based.
