Team members and roles

Invite colleagues, set roles, and manage permissions for your workspace.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can change roles, remove members, delete the workspace
AdminCan invite new members, manage chatbots, view all data
MemberCan use the dashboard, view leads, manage chatbots they created

There can only be one owner at a time.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Team
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. Click Send invite

They receive an email with a signup link. Once they sign up, they have access to your workspace immediately.

Changing a member's role

Only the Owner can change roles:

  1. Settings β†’ Team β†’ find the member
  2. Click their role badge β†’ select the new role
  3. Save

Removing a member

  1. Settings β†’ Team β†’ find the member
  2. Click the Remove button (trash icon)
  3. Confirm

The member loses access immediately. Their past actions (leads captured, sources added) remain in the account.

Changing ownership

Transfer ownership by changing your own role to Admin after promoting another member to Owner. Once you change your role, you cannot change it back without the new owner doing it for you.

Changing your password

Settings β†’ Security β†’ Change password. Enter your current password and a new one, then save.

Two-factor authentication

You can add an authenticator app to your account from Settings β†’ Security. See Two-factor authentication for a full guide.
