- How do I create a chatbot?
- Sign up, then go to Dashboard → Chatbots → Create chatbot. Add a name, then add knowledge (Files, URLs, or paste text) under Knowledge. Install the widget snippet on your site from Install chatbot.
- What counts as a message?
- Each message sent by a visitor in the chat widget (and the AI reply) counts as usage. Messages reset at the end of your billing period (monthly for free, or your Stripe subscription period for paid plans).
- How do I enable lead capture?
- Go to Dashboard → Leads, select a chatbot, turn on "Enable lead capture", and define the fields you want (e.g. email, name, phone) as JSON. Save. When a visitor starts a chat, they’ll be prompted to fill the form. Captured leads appear in the same Leads page; you can export to CSV.
- Where do I see my usage?
- Dashboard home shows messages, characters, and chatbots used vs your plan limits. For full detail go to Account → Usage (in the profile menu) or Settings → Limits. Usage resets monthly (free) or at your subscription period end (paid).
- I hit my message limit. What do I do?
- Upgrade your plan from Settings → Billing (or use the "Upgrade to continue" link in the chat when the limit is reached). Paid plans give more messages and chatbots per month.
- How do I embed the chatbot on my site?
- Dashboard → Install chatbot → choose Popup, Embed iframe, or Direct link. For Next.js, see the Next.js popup guide linked on that page. Add the snippet before </body> or use next/script with the init config (slug, apiUrl, embedUrl, apiKey).
- Can I remove "Powered by Pivra.ai "?
- Yes. Go to Dashboard → Appearance, select your chatbot, and uncheck "Show Powered by Pivra.ai in widget footer". This is available on paid plans (white-label).
- How do I contact support?
- Email support@pivra.ai or use the Contact link in the footer. For billing, you can also use Stripe’s "Manage subscription" from Settings → Billing.
