Sign in with Google

Yes, you can sign in to the pivra.ai dashboard with your Google account. Continue with Google is on both the sign-in page and the sign-up page, above the email options. You can still use an email and password, or an email link (magic link), instead.

Signing up or signing in with Google

1. Go to pivra.ai/signup to create an account, or pivra.ai/login if you already have one
2. Click Continue with Google
3. Google asks you to choose an account. Pick the one you want to use for Pivra
4. You come back to Pivra while it says Signing you in…, then you land on your dashboard

The first time you continue with a Google account that has no Pivra account yet, Pivra creates one for it. New accounts go through the short setup (your business, then your first chatbot) before the dashboard.

By continuing with Google you agree to Pivra's Terms and Privacy Policy. The note under the button says so. If your agreement hasn't been recorded already (an email sign-up records it when you create the account), Pivra records it when you sign in with Google.

Two-factor authentication still applies

If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, Pivra asks for your authenticator code after Google, the same as after a password or email-link sign-in.

Choosing a plan on the pricing page first

You can pick a plan before you have an account. When you click a paid plan on the pricing page, Pivra remembers your choice in this browser for 7 days. This works whether you then sign up with Google or with your email, and it survives opening an email link in a new tab.

1. On pricing, click the button on Starter, Pro or Business
2. Click Continue with Google (or sign up with your email)
3. New accounts finish the short setup. Its last step offers Continue to your chosen plan
4. Settings → Billing opens with a You chose card for that plan, showing its price and currency
5. Click Start 7-day trial, or Continue to checkout if a trial isn't available for your workspace, to go to the secure Stripe checkout

Nothing is charged when you sign in. Checkout starts only when you click the button on the card, and it's charged only after you confirm on Stripe. During a 7-day trial you aren't charged if you cancel before it ends.

The card doesn't appear if your workspace is already on that plan, is on the Founding plan, or already has an active subscription. To change plan then, use the plan cards in Settings → Billing.

If you arrived from a page that sends you back afterwards, such as the Founding page, you return to that page instead.

If something goes wrong

If Google sign-in can't finish, you go back to the sign-in page with one of these messages:

If Pivra can't reach Google when you click the button, you'll see "We couldn't reach Google. Check your connection and try again, or use your email."

"We couldn't finish setting up your account"

This screen appears if you're signed in with Google but Pivra couldn't record that you agreed to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Click Try again. After three failed attempts, Continue anyway also appears. It takes you on, and Pivra records your agreement the next time you sign in with Google.
