Terms of Service

By using Pivra.ai ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Use of the Service
You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes. You are responsible for the content you upload and the way you use chatbots (e.g. on your website). You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security or billing.
Account and billing
You must provide accurate account information. Paid plans are billed in advance (e.g. monthly) in AUD via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
We grant you a limited licence to use the Service. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to store, process and display your content). Our name, logos and the Service remain our property.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. Australian Consumer Law).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for other reasonable cause. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the updated terms here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
