Billing when an agency referred or manages you
For clients of a Pivra partner agency. You pay Pivra directly, your price does not change, and your agency cannot see or change your billing.
Updated 12 Oct 2026
This article is for businesses whose Pivra workspace was set up, referred or managed by an agency in the Pivra partner programme. The programme is available to approved partners.
You pay Pivra directly
Your subscription is between you and Pivra. You start it, change it and cancel it from your own Settings โ Billing & Usage page, and you pay Pivra through Stripe. Your agency does not bill you for Pivra, and does not pay for your Pivra subscription.
Your price does not change
You pay the same price as any other Pivra customer on the same plan. Pivra may pay your agency a commission from what you pay, and that never adds to your price. Your agency should tell you about that commercial relationship when it recommends Pivra.
Tax ids at checkout
When you start a paid plan, enter your business tax id in the tax id field at checkout:
- an ABN for an Australian business;
- a GSTIN for a business in India, where checkout offers it.
The tax id appears on your invoices.
Invoices come from Pivra
Your invoices and receipts come from Pivra and are in Settings โ Billing & Usage. Any tax Pivra charges is shown before you pay.
Your agency cannot see or change billing
Agencies can never open your billing page, start or cancel a subscription, change your plan or see your invoices, whatever access you give them. Only your workspace's owner manages billing.
If you end your agency's access
Your subscription carries on as it was. Nothing about your price or plan changes. See Working with an agency.
