What's included in the free plan?

The Free plan includes:

  • 500 messages per month
  • 1 chatbot
  • 10 knowledge sources
  • 500K character knowledge base
  • GPT-4.1 Nano model
  • Embed widget

When does my usage reset?

Usage resets at the start of each billing period β€” monthly for Free; on your subscription anniversary for paid plans.

What counts as a message?

Each visitor message (and the AI reply) counts as one message exchange. System messages and the initial widget load do not count.

How do I upgrade?

Go to Settings β†’ Billing and click Upgrade. You'll be taken to a Stripe checkout. Payments are in AUD.

Can I downgrade?

Yes β€” cancel from Settings β†’ Billing. You keep your current plan until the period ends, then revert to Free.

Where are my invoices?

Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal where you can download PDF invoices and update payment methods.

Can I add a company name to invoices?

Yes. Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Organisation card. Enter your company name and click Save.

What happens if I hit my message limit?

The chatbot replies with a polite "limit reached" message and links to an upgrade page. You can customise this message in Settings β†’ General.

Do unused messages roll over?

No. Message quotas reset each billing period.
