What's included in the free plan?
The Free plan includes:
- 500 messages per month
- 1 chatbot
- 10 knowledge sources
- 500K character knowledge base
- GPT-4.1 Nano model
- Embed widget
When does my usage reset?
Usage resets at the start of each billing period β monthly for Free; on your subscription anniversary for paid plans.
What counts as a message?
Each visitor message (and the AI reply) counts as one message exchange. System messages and the initial widget load do not count.
How do I upgrade?
Go to Settings β Billing and click Upgrade. You'll be taken to a Stripe checkout. Payments are in AUD.
Can I downgrade?
Yes β cancel from Settings β Billing. You keep your current plan until the period ends, then revert to Free.
Where are my invoices?
Settings β Billing β Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal where you can download PDF invoices and update payment methods.
Can I add a company name to invoices?
Yes. Settings β Billing β Organisation card. Enter your company name and click Save.
What happens if I hit my message limit?
The chatbot replies with a polite "limit reached" message and links to an upgrade page. You can customise this message in Settings β General.
Do unused messages roll over?
No. Message quotas reset each billing period.
