Pivra + ServiceM8: Your website enquiries now create jobs automatically

Connect your AI chatbot to ServiceM8 and turn every website enquiry into a new job — with contact details and quote info filled in automatically.

·3 min read·The Pivra Team

If you're a tradie running ServiceM8, you already know the pain: someone enquires on your website, you copy their details from your email into a new job, you call them back, you find out what they need, you enter it all again. That's 10–15 minutes of admin per enquiry before you've even quoted the job.

Today we're fixing that.

Pivra now connects directly to ServiceM8

When a visitor chats with your Pivra chatbot and submits their details, a new job is automatically created in ServiceM8 — no copy-pasting, no manual entry.

The job gets created with:

  • Status: Enquiry — so it sits in the right column of your pipeline
  • Contact name, email, and phone — pulled directly from the chat form
  • Company / billing name — if they provided it
  • A full job description — including the enquiry source and any quote details

That last point is where it gets interesting.

Quote request fields appear in the job description

If you're using Pivra's Quote Request feature — which lets visitors fill in structured job details mid-conversation — all of those fields flow directly into the ServiceM8 job description. For example:

Enquiry via Pivra chatbot (My Plumbing Bot)
Email: jane@example.com
Phone: 0412 345 678

Suburb: Bondi Junction
Service Needed: Burst pipe
Description: Kitchen pipe burst under the sink, water everywhere
Urgency: Emergency
Property Type: House

Your team sees a job with real context before they've made a single call. No chasing down details. No "what was this about again?" when you get back to the office.

How to set it up

It takes about two minutes:

  1. Log in to ServiceM8 → click your name → My Account → scroll to API → copy your API key
  2. In Pivra → Dashboard → Integrations → find ServiceM8 → click Connect
  3. Enter your ServiceM8 login email and API key
  4. Click Test — a test job appears in ServiceM8 within seconds

Works alongside Calendly

If you're using Pivra's Calendly integration, the two work together naturally. Visitors can:

  1. Chat with your bot and ask about pricing or availability
  2. Submit a quote request (suburb, service, urgency)
  3. Book a time via the embedded Calendly link

The quote request creates a job in ServiceM8 automatically. The booking appears in your Calendly dashboard. Two systems, zero admin.

Who this is for

This integration is built for trades and field service businesses — plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, painters, cleaners, pest control — anyone who:

  • Uses ServiceM8 to manage jobs
  • Has a website where customers can enquire
  • Gets leads during hours when nobody is answering the phone

If you're spending time manually creating jobs from email enquiries, Pivra eliminates that step entirely.

Available on Starter plan and above

The ServiceM8 integration is available on all paid Pivra plans starting from Starter ($39/mo). You can connect it in Dashboard → Integrations.
