The data boundary
The plugin sends only the information needed to connect and operate the installation: the administrator-provided setup code during connection, the public site URL/domain, a site-scoped identifier and credential, compatibility versions, and connection-health details.
The visitor's browser loads the Pivra widget from the allowlisted Pivra embed host. Conversations are processed by Pivra according to the Privacy Policy. The plugin does not request WordPress administrator passwords, read posts for training automatically, or store visitor conversations in WordPress.
