New integrations: ServiceM8, ActiveCampaign, and a new category for trades
Pivra now connects natively to ServiceM8 and ActiveCampaign — plus a new Field Service category with Tradify and simPRO coming soon.
What's new
ServiceM8
Leads and quote requests captured in your chatbot now create jobs in ServiceM8 automatically. Status is set to Enquiry, contact fields are populated, and any quote details (suburb, service type, urgency, property type) are written into the job description.
This is the first integration built specifically for Australian field service businesses. Full setup guide →
ActiveCampaign
Leads are now synced to ActiveCampaign — existing contacts are updated rather than duplicated, and your automations trigger as normal. Maps first name, last name, email, phone, and organisation name. Full setup guide →
New category: Field Service & Trades
The Integrations page now has a dedicated Field Service & Trades section at the top. This reflects the reality of who's using Pivra — service businesses, tradies, and field teams who need their chatbot to slot into their existing job management workflow.
Coming soon in this category: Tradify and simPRO.
