Overview
Pivra integrations fire automatically when a lead is captured in chat. Each integration connects to one external service and pushes the contact details in real time β no Zap needed for native integrations.
Available integrations:
| Integration | Category | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| ServiceM8 | Field Service | Creates a new job in ServiceM8 with full contact + quote details |
| ActiveCampaign | Email / CRM | Upserts contact (no duplicates) β triggers your automations |
| HubSpot | CRM | Creates or updates a contact in your CRM |
| Mailchimp | Adds the contact to an audience list | |
| Zapier | Automation | Triggers a Zap β connects to 6,000+ apps |
| Make | Automation | Triggers a scenario β powerful visual automation |
Integrations are available on Starter and higher plans.
Setting up any integration
- Go to Dashboard β Integrations
- Find the integration you want and click Connect
- Fill in the required credentials (see the guide for each provider below)
- Choose which events trigger the integration (
lead.capturedis enabled by default) - Click Connect to save
- Click Test to fire a dummy lead and verify it works end-to-end
Quote request fields
If you have Quote Requests enabled, the full quote payload (suburb, service type, description, urgency, etc.) is automatically included in every integration dispatch. For ServiceM8, these fields appear in the job description. For Zapier/Make, they appear as extra keys in the JSON payload alongside the standard contact fields.
Checking integration status
Each integration card shows:
- Last synced β timestamp of the most recent successful dispatch
- Active / Disabled badge
- Error message β if the last attempt failed, the error is shown in red
If an integration fails, Pivra logs the error but the lead is still saved in your Leads page β nothing is lost.
Enabling / pausing
Click Disable or Enable on any integration card to pause or resume without deleting the config. Useful when rebuilding a Zap or testing a Make scenario.
