Plans: Free, Plus and Plus + Credits
What each plan includes, how to upgrade and sign in with the 8-character code, how to cancel, and what happens to your data.
Updated 4 Oct 2026
Pivra Desk is free to start, and the free plan stays free.
The plans
| Free | Plus | Plus + Credits | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | US$0 | US$6 a month (A$9 in Australia) | US$15 a month (A$23 in Australia) |
| Agents | One (the Desk agent itself) | As many as you like | As many as you like |
| Model | A model on your computer, or your own key | Same | Same, plus monthly cloud model credits (see note) |
| Google and GitHub | With your own free sign-in app | One click, with Pivra Desk's own sign-in | Same |
| Morning brief | Your own routines, free | The morning brief, ready-made | Same |
| Files, routines, approvals, rules, the sandbox | Included | Included | Included |
Desk Plus is included for every member of a Pivra Pro or Business workspace (the chatbot product). Sign in to Pivra Desk with that account and the plan shows as Plus, included with your Pivra workspace.
A note on credits. The in-app model that spends Plus + Credits is still being built. Until it ships, Plus + Credits gives you everything in Plus, and this page will say when the credits are usable.
Prices are monthly; taxes may apply at checkout; cancel any time. Australia is charged in Australian dollars, everyone else in US dollars.
Upgrade
- In Pivra Desk, open Settings → Account. Under Your plan, press Upgrade to Plus (or See plans). It opens pivra.ai/desk#pricing in your browser.
- Choose Upgrade to Plus or Upgrade to Plus + Credits. Sign in to your Pivra account if you are not already, then pay through Stripe.
- Back in Pivra Desk, press Check now. Plus turns on within a minute. If the app is not signed in yet, sign in (below).
Sign in to Pivra Desk
Signing in links this computer to your Pivra account so it picks up your plan. You only need it for a paid or included plan.
- In Settings → Account, press Sign in. An 8-character code appears.
- Open pivra.ai/desk/activate in your browser, sign in to your Pivra account, and enter the code.
- The page says Done. This computer is connected. Go back to Pivra Desk; it signs in by itself within a few seconds.
If the code expires before it is approved, press Sign in again to get a new one. If you decline on the website, the app says so; press Sign in to try again.
Your plan is a signed entitlement bound to this computer. The app checks it offline and refreshes it in the background (not sooner than every 10 minutes, not later than every 12 hours). While the computer cannot reach pivra.ai, the plan stays on through a grace period: Not checked lately; still on while Pivra Desk is offline.
Cancel, or change plan
Settings → Account → Manage subscription opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or change the plan. Or do the same from the account menu on pivra.ai.
What happens to your data
Nothing. Your agents, chats, memory, files, rules and routines live in a local database on your computer, and they stay there whatever the plan does. If a payment fails or you cancel:
- paid features keep working through a grace period, then turn off;
- Pivra Desk carries on as the free plan;
- agents beyond the first keep working; adding a new one is what asks for Plus;
- a Google or GitHub connection made with Pivra Desk's own sign-in is kept and works again when you upgrade, or you can switch to your own sign-in app.
You are never locked out of your own data. Sign out in Settings → Account removes the entitlement from this computer and nothing else.
